Generally we charge on hourly basis. We give special discounts on annual and long term maintenance contract. |

| Terms & Conditions |

1. The time and cost estimates are as per the scope defined in this document only. Any changes to the scope of work will accordingly change the time, cost and schedule of work.
2. The prices quoted are for the design and development of the application at ITRIX Technologies only.
4. If any travel is envisaged for the purpose of execution of this project the same shall be to the account of Client including the cost of air fare, onsite boarding, onsite lodging, onsite conveyance, VISA formalities and insurance. ITRIX Technologies would raise an invoice to this amount at actual and the same needs to be paid in 7 working days of receipt of invoice.
5. The commercials mentioned cover only the developmental cost involved in this project. It does not cover any cost involved to purchase/share/utilize the tools/features/3rd party software (including any middleware, Editors, Security tools, Firewalls, or any other Shareware applications) available.
6. The deadline time period will start after the approval of the home page by the client.
7. Related content and images should be provided by the client. ITRIX is not responsible of any copyright of the content or image used.
8. ITRIX will add and upload up to 20 products through the admin console. Additional data entry and uploading of products will be charged on hourly basis i.e. $15 per hour. |

| Payment Terms |

1. An amount equal to 25% of the total order value shall be paid on placing the order.
2. Another 25% after Milestone 2 and rest 50% after completion of the project,
i.e. Milestone 3. After Milestone 3, project will go into a maintenance phase.
* Milestones had been defined in detail in page 9.
3. A change in scope outside this document will result in additional charges, which will be communicated when the request for the change arrives. Minor changes may be incorporated without additional charges, at the discretion of ITRIX. Third party components will be charged extra. |
