| • Resume sourcing and screening team |
| 1. Job boards, referrals, consultants, head-hunting, advertisements, database, etc. |
| 2. Based on education, skill-set, and overall experience |
| • HR interviews short listed candidates – Level One |
| 1. Based on aptitude, communication, personality, relocation, start time, budget, & core skills (written tests where applicable) |
| • Operations interviews candidates – Level Two |
| 1. Detailed drill-down on core skills and assign project where applicable |
| • Customer interview – Level Three |
| • Detailed teleconference (with respective managers in the US) |
| • Project assignment and review (if applicable) |
| • Final selection (two or more candidates per position) |
| • Transfer payment |
| • Closing |
| • Offer letter |
| • Final negotiations and acceptance |
| • Candidates notice period to current employer |
| • Customer sends respective software licenses and training materials |
| • Candidate joins company (another set of processes will follow for employee orientation (induction) and training) |
